As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you are the key figure who implements, manages and optimises modern workplace solutions. You ensure that our customers can work effortlessly and safely, both in the office and remotely. Do you have a passion for technology and do you like to put customers first? What will you do?
Modern Workplace Implementation: You will implement, manage and maintain modern workplace solutions for customers.
Microsoft 365 Administration: You will configure and maintain collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
Endpoint Security: You implement security solutions and ensure compliance with corporate security guidelines, including tools such as Microsoft Defender and EDR.
Troubleshooting: You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for workplace-related incidents, such as software or hardware failures.
Integration: You will integrate modern workplace equipment and software with existing IT infrastructures.
Hybrid Working Environment: You will provide remote working support and manage the technology that enables a hybrid working environment.

- Technical expertise: You have experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune), Windows 10/11
- Security knowledge: You are familiar with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender and EDR.
- Experience with endpoint management: You have worked with tools such as Intune and SCCM.
- Problem-solving skills: You think in solutions and can independently provide 2nd and 3rd line support for technical problems.
- Communication skills: You communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and convert complex technical issues into understandable language.
- Team player: You enjoy working together in a team, but can also manage projects independently.
